Patients are provided with appropriate stretching and strengthening exercises, advice on posture and workplace ergonomics, as well as information regarding their diet and nutritional needs.

Products that may assist with their condition can be purchased at the clinic. These include; braces, self-massage tools, foam rollers, gels, heat packs, exercise balls, therabands and nutritional supplements.

Finesse Osteopathy strives to help patients return to health as quickly as possible. However, some conditions that are more complex or chronic in nature may require an ongoing treatment plan.

When necessary patients will be referred on for further investigations (X-ray, CT scan, or MRI), or to others within Finesse Osteopathy’s reliable referral network including GP’s, podiatrists, specialists or surgeons.

At Finesse Osteopathy treatments can be covered by private health funds. Cash, EFTPOS, VISA and MasterCard are accepted.
